Lethbridge Commercial Galleries
• A WorldWeb.com Travel Guide to Commercial Galleries in Lethbridge, Alberta.
For more than ten years the gallery has presented a wide variety of Canadian contemporary landscape and wildlife art in all media, including pieces by owner and professional artist, Jerry Arnold, who works from his studio in the gallery. Both original works and limited edition prints and serigraphs, bronze and Inuit stone sculpture, and glass art. Custom framing service. Mon to Sat 9 am - 5 pm.
Formerly the Trianon Ballroom (1930s-1960s), the gallery is an informal mix between a gallery and an architectural office. Its open space and philosophy allows for creative community responses. Exhibitions range from nationally-renowned artists to aspiring students. A second exhibition space, Le Petit Trianon is now open downstairs.
Stuart Mueller, a former U of Lethbridge Fine Arts professor, opened this small gallery at the front of his full-service photographic studio located in a nearly-century-old building in downtown Lethbridge. Solo shows change every four to six weeks and cover a wide range of fine art and craft from within the local community and beyond. Tues to Sat 10 am - 6 pm.
