'Funky, weird and fascinating' describes this studio and exhibit space in the historical Old No. 1 Fire Hall basement. Parts of some studios include jail cells dating to the late 1890s. The distinctive styles of the six artists comprise a variety of work from drip paintings, to multi-media with resins, to paintings on rusty tin. Part of The Potemkin Collective. Tues to Sat 1 pm - 4:30 pm.
This artist-run centre provides studio and exhibitions space to four local artists. Traditional and contemporary works by Tony Partridge, Ian Randell and Wendy Desjardins. This 1922 original space is situated in the downtown core just a few doors from the Southern Alberta Art Gallery. Part of a larger co-operative, the Potemkin Collective. Tues to Sat 1 pm - 4:30 pm.
